What is Sehat Insaf Card/Sehat Sahulat Program?
In addition to improving Pakistan’s health policies and social welfare, the Sehat Sahulat Program is a great step in the right direction. The law provides a clear path for identified underprivileged citizens across the country to obtain their deserved medical health care in a prompt and dignified manner regardless of their financial state.
Insaf Card holders will be able to use the service after they receive a Sehat Insaf Card. Currently, only hospital patients are eligible for the program, which does not cover outpatient services.
The Objective of the Sehat Sahulat Program
Despite the fact that the PTI government believes that every citizen is entitled to basic health services, the majority do not have access to these services due to their financial hardship.
For this reason, the federal government came up with the Sehat Card Scheme/Sehat Sahulat Program.
With the Sehat Card scheme, the SSP aims to make it easier for the poor to access quality medical health care services, and the statistics received so far show that the government has succeeded in meeting this objective.
